TidyCal Integration Strategy:
We use TidyCal by AppSumo, rather than Calendly. But this can easily be adapted to a Calendly workflow. Since TidyCal does not currently offer native webhook support, I've implemented a polling approach that checks for new bookings every 5 minutes. This is actually better for my use case because:
More reliable than webhooks for critical business processes
Easier to debug and monitor
Works immediately without waiting for TidyCal to add webhook support
