1. Never start creating in PowerPoint.
2. One big statement or image per slide.
3. Never read from your sides.
4. Have a hook at the beginning.
5. Only use an agenda slide for a lecture.
6. Make it memorable.
7. Share something big that’s worth their time.
8. Edit it. Have it edited. Edit it some more.
9. Overdeliver on value.
10. Break the rules occasionally.
