This is the full talk I gave at a Portland meetup for software quality engineers (RCSQE). I was invited to speak and, at first, considered trying to come up with a stand-alone talk focused on ‘quality’.
In the end, I tailored my core talk about leadership to include some quality-centric examples.
The crowd loved it – so much so that they started asking questions throughout the presentation and kept going afterward for some time!
It was a great, interactive session.
A true conversation.
And people have continued to reach out and talk to me about growing as leaders in their own organizations. That makes it all worthwhile.
